Sharon Osbourne Breaks Silence After Husband’s Death

Sharon Osbourne was seen in public for the first time since Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral, walking on London’s Bond Street. Her quiet appearance showed the deep sadness she’s still feeling after losing her husband.

Jack Osbourne said in an interview that his mother is still struggling to adjust. He said: “She’s OK, but she’s not OK. It’s ups and downs. She’s just trying to figure out where to go from here, how to navigate, what’s the new norm, what’s the new baseline, ‘What do I do without my person?’ […] I’m bringing her back to L.A. this week. Actually, I’m flying over to England tomorrow, because it’s her birthday on Thursday.”

He also said that she feels the love from people who care about her. Jack added: “God, yeah. Yeah. I know she feels the love.” He described his father’s last performance as something special, saying: “It kind of was a living wake, you know, if you think about it. He got to say goodbye to everyone.”

Jack said his father should be remembered as someone who loved his family and work, and as a man full of warmth and humor. It was clear that both he and Sharon were still processing the loss.

Just one day before Sharon’s 73rd birthday, she was photographed leaving a store in London. Reports said she looked frail and was holding her phone close to her chest. Fans flooded social media with kind messages, saying things like “Stay strong…. he’ll be watching over you” and “We are all the same after losing our husbands.”

Others commented on how lost and sad she appeared, saying things such as “Bless her, she looks lost without him” and “She looks so frail.” It was clear that her grief was visible to everyone who saw the photos.

A few weeks earlier, Sharon had posted a message thanking fans for their support after Ozzy’s death. She wrote: “I’m still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you’ve shown on social media. Your comments, posts, and tributes have brought me more comfort than you know. None of it has gone unnoticed, in fact, it’s carried me through many nights.”

She also shared photos with birds she had spent time with, saying the experience was magical and built on trust.

Her daughter Kelly also posted about introducing her mom to falconry, saying it brought a smile to Sharon’s face. It was one of the few bright moments the family had shared publicly since Ozzy’s passing.

At the funeral in Birmingham, Sharon was seen leaning on her children Jack and Kelly for strength. Dressed in black, she looked heartbroken as she laid flowers at the memorial. At one point, she lifted her hand in Ozzy’s rock salute, a small but powerful goodbye to the man she loved for so many years.

Online, fans shared emotional reactions, noting how fragile she looked and how she wore Ozzy’s wedding ring on a necklace. That small piece of jewelry became a symbol of their unbreakable connection.

Even through her heartbreak, Sharon has continued to show quiet strength. Surrounded by her family and the support of millions, she faces life after Ozzy with courage, holding on to the bond that even death cannot take away.
