Relaxing Infusion for Stress and Insomnia

If stress or anxiety keeps you from sleeping, this simple herbal infusion may help you relax and rest better. “Made with simple ingredients and easy to prepare, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a soothing moment of calm.”

This blend uses three natural ingredients: cinnamon, which soothes and improves circulation; bay leaf, which “helps quiet the mind, ease anxiety, and support healthy digestion”; and chamomile, known for relieving muscle tension and promoting sleep.

To make it, place 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 bay leaves, and a handful of chamomile leaves in a saucepan with ½ liter of water. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, strain, and serve. For a sweeter taste, add honey.
